A fleet system known before a run. kind is AGV for a guided-path fleet and FREE_PATH for one that moves over a spatial model; networkName names the guide path an AGV fleet runs on.

A fleet dispatches through agents of its own: dispatcherAgentName and each vehicle's agentName. They appear in a trace as registered agents, but they are control machinery rather than things to draw, so a viewer should hide them; their names are listed here so it can.
