stopConveyor

Stops all movement on the conveyor until startConveyor() is called. A cell move in progress is paused, and completes after the restart in the time that remained of it, so a stop costs exactly its length. Nothing moves the conveyor while it is stopped; items may still gain access, and wait to enter.
