A hold queue is how a suspended entity is found again; it is not a waiting line, and letting it double as the statistic conflates a mechanism with a measurement. Left on, RidingHoldQ would put a row on the report whose "time in queue" is the mean length of a loaded move and whose "number in queue" is a count of moving carts -- read by anybody scanning the report as a line of entities waiting for something. Both quantities are already reported properly and separately, by approachTime and rideTime, which is what a modeller should read.
Conveyor makes the same call for the same three-way split, and turning these on is for debugging a model that has stopped moving, not for analysis.
