The link holding the transporter up, or null when it is waiting for a zone instead, or not waiting at all.
A transporter can be stopped by a link whose zone is perfectly free: the link may be running the other way, or be a spur that another transporter is down. Recording which of the two is in the way is what lets it be woken by the right event.
