withinReplicationWeightedSum

The weighted sum held by the within-replication statistic. A convenience accessor: reading withinReplicationStatistic returns a new instance on every call, and this avoids that copy.

A time-weighted response overrides this to also include the segment currently in progress, which the statistic cannot hold. See TWResponse.
