evaluation
The evaluator's current clock — the number of evaluation batches issued since the last reset, and the value stamped on the solutions of the next batch. This is the authoritative clock for scoring a collection of solutions; deriving one from whatever solutions happen to be in hand makes the clock a function of the collection.
The default is totalEvaluatorCalls, which coincides with the clock for evaluators that never reset it.
