Response Constraint Assessment
One response constraint's assessment for a particular solution: what the constraint was judged on, by how much it is violated, and whether it can be declared feasible.
Parameters
the constrained response
the solution's average for that response
the amount by which the constraint is violated; zero when it is satisfied
the one-sided upper confidence limit on the constraint difference at the adjusted level. Null when the estimate carries fewer than two observations, so no sample variance and therefore no interval exists — distinct from an interval that happens to be wide.
whether the constraint can be declared feasible at that level. False for a single-observation estimate: "not shown" rather than "shown to fail", which is the same answer the constraint's own feasibility test gives.
