inertiaSchedule

The inertia-weight schedule. Cannot be changed while the solver is running.

When no schedule is supplied to the constructor, this defaults to a LinearDecreasingInertia whose horizon equals maximumIterations, so the weight decays across the whole run rather than finishing early and holding flat. A supplied schedule is used exactly as given.
