The cross-entropy sampler (reference distribution). The Cross-Entropy method permits different reference distributions; assigning a new sampler attaches it to this solver — adopting it onto the solver's stream provider on a stream distinct from the solver's base stream. A sampler cannot be changed while the solver is running.
