cpuTimeMillis

the CPU time the member's worker thread spent running the solver, in milliseconds. Unlike wall-clock time this does not depend on the worker count or on how busy the machine was, so it is comparable across machines. It counts only the worker thread: any work the evaluator hands to other threads is not included, so on a delegating evaluator this is below wall clock rather than above it. Null when the member never ran or when the JVM does not support or has disabled per-thread CPU time.
