The recommended solution: among the archived solutions, the best one we are statistically confident is response-feasible (using FeasibilityFirstComparator at recommendationCILevel), ranked by the raw, orientation-adjusted objective; if none are confidently feasible, the least-violation solution is returned. This ordering is clock-independent, unlike the penalized objective used to guide the search within an iteration. See penalizedIncumbent for the penalized search-incumbent.
