mixture Beats Single Distribution
Whether the criterion prefers the recommended mixture to the best single distribution.
This is the first question a user has and it deserves a direct answer rather than a table they must interpret. False does not mean the data are unimodal; it means the criterion did not judge the extra components worth their parameters on this sample.
False when no comparison was made — when one component was not among those fitted, there is nothing to prefer the mixture over, and this answers no rather than yes. Use improvementOverSingle to tell the two apart: null means unavailable, a number means measured. For "does the answer have more than one component", which is a different question, use hasMultipleComponents.
