How close together the realized scores for a metric have to be, as a fraction of their own magnitude, before they are treated as all being the same.
Expressed relative to magnitude rather than as an absolute amount so that it means the same thing for a metric measured in fractions of a second as for one measured in millions. The default is small enough that only differences at the level of floating point noise are absorbed.
