awaitedZone

override val awaitedZone: Zone?(source)

Always null: an entity holding guide-path space waits for no more of it.

The queuing edge of the guide path's wait-for graph, and it is honestly null because a set of zones is taken together or not at all: an entity is never both holding space and queuing for more, so it has no zone to name. A vehicle stopped behind an entity that is merely holding space is obstructed, not deadlocked.

This is not a claim that nothing can deadlock through an entity holding space. What a pending request waits for is every vehicle in its reserved zones, and the detector follows that through the reservation rather than through this property.

An entity riding a transporter is a separate matter: the transporter holds the zones and waits for the next one, and it is the transporter that appears in the graph.
